Imbolc is the time of year, that marks the beginning of spring. It is one of the seasonal festivals of the year. It is a time of feasting and offering Gratitude to Saint Bridget/ Goddess Bridget by showing gratitude and leaving food, making a Bridget’s cross, to hang in the doorway and windows of your home. This hopes to invite the blessing of Bridget to offer protection on the home from illness, fire, and bad intentions.

Around February we all feel that we must show loved ones how much we love them. I want to ask you how daily you are showing yourself and your loved ones how you feel? In all the simple ways that remind us we are loved.
This session will integrate the introspection of winter into the movement and bustle of the season. Planting all the seeds that need to grow, the Rabbits and Hares, love to bring growth to fruition and bring connection to our passions. This is an ideal time to grow new ideas and run with them, creating the groundwork for those seedlings to flourish.
