Steps to Achieving Relaxation

Breathe deeply in through your nose and out through your nose, feeling the rise and fall of your chest with each inhalation and exhalation. Slowly start to elongate your exhale, making it twice as long as your inhale. This will help to calm your mind and release tension from your body.
