The Bears bring courage boundaries the ability to stand in one’s space, to protect and hold one’s position. If you need to have more courage to be able to stand firm and ensure that your boundaries are strong the bear needs to come into your life.

They bring with them an ancient knowledge, find council with the bear and see what you need to remember to find your own strength and courage.

Bears also bring abundance, knowing enough will come to keep them through the long winter sleep, reminding us of gratitude for all that we have, let go of scarcity and lack and welcome plentifulness and fullness. 

 

Bears also bring connection and grounding, ensuring we are stable, secure, and supported. While reminding us of the need to rest and take care of our needs too.  If you need to slow down and listen to your inner voice, find the courage to step up and be honest and stand up with integrity and be respected. Then let the essence of the bear teach you all that you need to hear.
