Description

We will be bringing sound and toning with healing energy to clear and cleanse your chakras, moving still energy to ensure your energy flow is optimised, combining:

•Visualisation and meditation

•Tuning forks

•Drumming to clear old stagnant energy

•Rattles to clear the aura

•Combining different aspects of healing modalities, Reiki, Seikem, Spiritual and Intuitive

•Affirmations to assist in release

 

You will be guided through a journey through your own energy centres, to clear and improve the flow.

If you have been feeling sluggish, lacking in energy, or out of alignment with your energy this session is for you.
