Soothing Drink for the Change of Season
Many people are finding they have sore throats at the moment with the change of seasons and getting out more, so why not have this delicious hot drink to sooth your throat. Ginger, Honey and Cinnamon are all well know for there anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties. Add more of each to taste for your own special blend.
