Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Mixed Berries Can substitute with other fruit berries
  • 75 g Spinach
  • 25 g Pumpkin Seeds
  • 100 ml Coconut Milk
  • 100 ml Yogurt
  • 500 ml Water

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into the blender, and blend.
    200 g Mixed Berries, 75 g Spinach, 25 g Pumpkin Seeds, 100 ml Coconut Milk, 100 ml Yogurt, 500 ml Water
  • Pour out into glasses and enjoy.
