Eg: Meet a guide/Ancestor, Find support for current life situation, etc., or look into a situation and what you need clarity on. We will be setting a group intention and allowing our mind to meditate on this guided visualisation with a difference.

We will do a Shamanic or Reiki Drumming journey – these are often felt deeper than a normal meditation, allowing your mind to bring the answers it requires. from a deep tranquil state. This also incorporates powerful universal healing energy.

You will also have the opportunity to share in an intimate sharing circle, this might help to answer any questions or visualisations that you have had during the session.
