We are happy to join Susan Universe at A studio for a Morning workshop, of healing and sound.

Combining Gongs and crystal bowls with drums and rattles, Susan and Morgan will bring their passion for healing and clearing together for this unique sound journey.

Relax back and allow the sound to move and shift anything that needs to be released, calming the mind while being held in a healing space.

The beat of the drum allows clearing of the mind and energy moves through us returning us to centre, the crystal bowls allow for a deep relaxed state. Gongs vibration moves through our body while rattles assist in shifting energy around us, All of these brought together, to bring you a deeply relaxing and clearing session.

We will then come together to share our truth and witness and reflect our paths, supporting and holding each other, and acknowledging our path. Being heard and seen and allowing us to be understood.

Seeing how others see us can be so therapeutic to our journey, we often see our self differently, so it allows you to look once more at yourself with fresh eyes.
