This way of taking in stillness is extremely useful technique to learn to use in everyday, it is the way that many people that don’t like traditional ways of meditating find useful, especially people that like to keep moving and do not like to sit still so its great for children to take them from a high energy level to being more peaceful and relaxed.


Can also be used with Forest bathing or with drum journey for a longer, more immersive session
