Sound is well known for assisting us in the release of emotions, calming and moving our souls. Our sound baths offer a combination of instruments from drums and rattles that we use extensively in our healing sessions. To crystal bowls, tuning folks, and chimes, along with other percussion instruments.
Each of these elements come together to allow you to be in a space of stillness in your own mind, allowing the thoughts to rest and the body to rejuvenate.
We combine the sound bath with meditation, just lay back and get comfortable, you can bring a pillow or blanket although we have some available with yoga mats for your use. You may want to bring a pad or journal and pen to make any notes or thoughts that arise during the session. We encourage you to bring a water bottle too.
